Golden Bull Limited Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering Shares are Expected to Commence Trading Today on the NASDAQ Capital Market as “DNJR”
SHANGHAI, China, March 20, 2018/ PRNewswire/ -- Golden Bull Limited (“Golden Bull” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:DNJR), an online finance marketplace that connects individual lenders with individual and small business borrowers, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,550,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of approximately $6.2 million before underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. In addition, Golden Bull has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 232,500 common shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discount and commissions. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market today under the ticker symbol “DNJR”. The offering is expected to close on March 22, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
